Epidermis Circus

Using only hands, everyday objects, cameras and mirrors, the puppeteer creates a miniature world alive with comical characters: a mischievous baby, an endearing shark, a clementine doing a striptease. About the performance

The Canadian puppeteer Ingrid Hansen, an internationally acclaimed puppeteer known for her work with Fraggle Rock, the Jim Henson Company and Sesame Workshop. On stage, her fingers instantly become characters: a mischievous baby, an endearing shark, a clementine performing an unexpected striptease. With the help of live cameras, these intimate scenes are projected onto a giant screen, allowing the audience to witness both the craft and the illusion simultaneously.
